If the setup was right it maybe a great product.

We purchased Tier 4 in June 2024 and had high hopes that it would be a time-saver for the 4.5K products on our e-commerce platform. I watched the long, long recorded videos, but they all seem to show potential users features and benefits. I watched the AI-generated videos, but they only covered the system. I couldn't find anything for the actual setup.
I went ahead and inserted the code and let the system auto-configure itself. That didn't go well.
Over a few weeks, I revisited the supposed training videos and tinkered with the settings, but I couldn't understand all the different categories and code it had set up.
Eventually, I reached out to Nytro, and they happily cleared out the auto setup and started again. They told me to leave the system for a few months to train itself. When I returned to it a while later, I noticed that the metadata was incorrect. It was taking data from one product and displaying it on another. It confused the data on brand names and product descriptions from very different brands. Not a great start.
I went back to NYTRO, and they had another look. Again, I had to wait for the system to work, and I thought it was right. Imagine my frustration when I discovered we were once again showing the wrong metadata.
To be fair, they did get the Categories to show correctly, but when it came to the products, they were corrupting the data.
We had already spent time on our meta titles and descriptions, so we presumed they would use that data as a starting point. Instead, they had the AI review the product title and descriptions to improve them. That could be great, but when the AI wasn't changing the data, it displayed the product's title and description as the metadata instead of our meta title and meta description, negating all our previous SEO efforts.
I've removed the code until I have time to review whether the setup is worth pursuing again, as we may see a decline in sales once again.
