DocSalQ: how come new platforms not available for appsumo users?
i see the cracks showing.. trying to see which team is added plus inviting team members is broken, without support replies.
and looking at platforms that have been added (news, tiktok), those are now behind an upgrade paywall, and not available to Tier3 appsumo purchase. that pay ask does not work either - just redirects to the settings page.. so appsumo users are shut out.
disappointing.
Disappointing, indeed. Hopefully, they'll provide a method for Tier 3 users to somehow access these newer functions, considering the tier level.

they have not - cannot upgrade or access the linkedin or news features. no upgrade path, no help from their support. time to build another tool.
