CS-CONSULQ: Inquiries Regarding Multiple Brand Monitoring and API Access
1. Is it possible to monitor multiple brands? If so, how can this be done?
2. It seems that you will be releasing an API; will it be available for all Tiers?
3. Do you monitor mentions beyond just social media platforms?

1. Currently we are set up for monitoring for 1 company and within that related keywords (brand name, competitors, industry terms). We will be adding a multi-brand approach in the next few months. This would rather be a larger company / agency model though.
2. First thing we will get to is including webhooks and then later an API - I can't say if it will be included in these tiers yet, apologies.
3. We want to also include other sites in the future currently we monitor: X, linkedin, DEV, Hacker News, YouTube, Reddit, Stack Overflow, GitHub Issues.

Hi! There is no unfortunately no timing on API yet as we have quite a backlog to still get through, it will probably take quite a while still.
