Got this on a fluke after seeing the positive review from Dave Swift. I've used other "social listening" programs in the past with mixed results, so I was skeptical.

So far, Octolens has been great. I know a lot of people are concerned with the "lack of keywords," but that hasn't been an issue for me. So far, a couple of days in, it looks like I'll actually go over the allotted mentions, so right now, if anything, I'd like to see more of those added to the offer.

Onboarding is easy. Octolens was able to find good messages for me to respond to almost instantly. The AI responses are better than expected and easy to edit.

I would love to see more "general" social media networks added, including Threads, Mastodon, and Instagram.
