I really like Octolense and am currently on the third tier. There are some bugs, but I see constant improvements, and support is active. My main concern is the limit set by the team on the second and third tiers it’s just not enough for a social monitoring tool. Since relevant posts aren’t always found, I’ve tried refining keywords multiple times with support's help, but with these limits, the tool can become unusable.

Buying additional mentions (1k for $5) doesn’t make sense. Ideally, the second tier should offer 5-6k mentions, and the third tier 10-12k, with at least 1,000 mentions per keyword. Otherwise, it feels like a monthly subscription under the label of a lifetime deal. I hope these limits will be adjusted and more platforms added in the future. Other than that, the tool performs as promised but the current limits are far too restrictive.
