Q: I bought tier 2 deal, and there was character unlimited but why is the dashboard showing Characters remaining 501,000?

I create a support ticket, I didn't get response yet. Can you tell me what should I do?

Yet another scam tool on AppSumo that, after finishing their campaign, shamelessly changes the package however they please. Some users have reported that the developers behind Odio are the same people behind Speechki and Utrrr—two TTS tools that were also previously on AppSumo and shut down after selling LTDs to many users. I am personally affected by this as I purchased Tier 2 with unlimited access, which is now suddenly heavily restricted. As a PLUS member, do I have any protection in this case? If possible, I would like a refund for this kind of garbage tool. Looking forward for response. Thank you.
