Got Limited :(

The product was great. Had room for improvement. Didn't have any child voices. Their AI voices sound imilar to another service out there. But a company that can't keep its promises can't be trusted. Why advertise a lifetime unlimited plan when you plan on limiting the supporters who backed your product? Highly disappointed in ODIO.AI team for this bait and switch. Shame.

Honestly, I feel completely betrayed. You advertised "unlimited" and now you're suddenly introducing strict limits. This is misleading, unprofessional, and a blatant breach of trust with your customers. This is no way to treat paying users.

You will never get responses from support, so you are on your own. Some other reviews claim they are a scam. Investigate after you invest to find out if support is there or not. No support...punch the refund button ASAP. They give you 100K characters a month to play with and that is more than enough (I would be stretching it to hit 50K), but after just using it for a few months and hitting 18K this month, they locked up my account and deleted all my content stating that they will be capping it at 100K for sustainability...but 18K is less than 100K. Remember, you can't reach support, so tough luck. I contacted AppSumo with screen shots to verify what I was says, but they can't do anything because it's not their platform. Being a PLUS member won't help you. Careful with this one unless you are interested in donating to them. Investigate before you invest!

I bought the Plan 2 unlimited and now its only 100k per month. What I fear more is that they can change and lower even more if they want. What guarantee me that it won't happen again?
