Odio is another company that betrays their early backers. Although they didn't just "close shop" secretly, they did the next worst thing-- reneging on their contractual agreements with customers by downgrading usage to an unusable level. From unlimited to 100K characters? That's insane and they should be ashamed of this. They didn't announce this, and AppSumo doesn't announce this for customers either (which is intentional). Now that I realize that this product which I never used often anyway is unusable (when I actually now need it), I am unable to get compensation. Shame on both Odio and AppSumo.
