Sadly disappointing

I've purchased and used this for some weeks:
1. In my first interaction with the app my facebook leads didn't work and i get very frustrating becase it's the main function, the support team help with my concerns and after some days it worked i've just have to delete the lead source and try it again.
2. The tool has a native integration for Facebook Ad Leads, so that's a great thing. The downside it's that you need to map the fields of your ad form with the fields of the app and it's not very intuitive, the personalized fields that you make on your ad form are shown has Custom Field1, Custom Field2, etc. that's awful because you don't know what's the right field to map. I make several mistakes and at first glance you don't realice of them. When you download some leads that are coming from different lead sources you notice on the database that some date it's mapped with different fields when it should be in the same field (you don't notice this mistake on the platform). Why it's that important? well because that data it's going to another CRM or Autoresponder and it's going to be a mess.
3. The worst part of this it's that you can't personalice the followup process because you can't configure specific status dispatch (really?), different CRM's for different Lead Sources (also really?) and Different Contact List for Different Lead Sources (it should be a very basic function). This should be where the app helps most because they say it's like "Flight Control" for your leads and you can't personalice the lead status categories, also you CAN connect different Facebook Pages and Different Facebook Lead Sources but you can't choose different CRM's for different Lead Sources, so if i can't do it why i want to link different Facebook Pages to this tool if all are going to the same place. Also on the autoresponder integration you can't choose different contact lists based on the Lead Source. So if i have a top of the funnel campaign and another bottom of the funnel, you can't choose they go to different contact list...really? So if you want to use it for one facebook page, one type of campaign, one CRM and one autoresponder i think it will work well, but they don't clarify this.
4. Before making this review i've reached the support team, and they confirm that i can't personalice this things, they said it's some kind on the future plans but don't have a date for this. Since first day i've asked for a link with the roadmap and they say it will be public soon (i don't received it yet).
5. So the app it's very clumsy, not too much intuitive (and i used a lot of tools like most of sumolings), the support team answer everything but the problem it's at the core of the product. Also i've noticed that on the questions section here on the Appsumo deal they don't have answered if we can have an Agency function, just talk about the white label, not about the access with permissions and limitations for clients. Conclusion: a tool that fail bad at AirFlightControl
