10,000 touchpoints = I understand this counts each email or text sent but is this monthly, yearly or forever? ie after 10,000 touchpoints then we can't use it anymore? or what?

Outreach profile - I'm not really understanding this, is connecting a linkedin profile or is it just a picture shown when sending? Seems that these plans are not for agency use but can I use this for multiple businesses owned by myself?

Unlimited lead sharing - is this sharing a lead to another user? I'm not sure about what this means?

Finally, I've seen a lot of comments about the software not performing reliably, with follow up emails being sent to leads that already replied etc. What plans do Omni have to improve and resolve the service issues?
