Q: I'm adding some answers I found to my own questions since support is extremely behind and I can't edit my question.

-What is an Outreach profile:
It's like a user or seat, with Tier 1,2 you just get 1x email signature or sender name, so you can use multiple email addresses or domains but it's really for one business, not an agency.
-10,000 touchpoints per month?
It's an email (or follow up) or SMS and it resets monthly. For unlimited get Tier 2+
-OmniLeads / Lead Sharing.. do I get leads?
Leads are not included but if I understood right, if you upload some contacts to the database for other users you get credits back?
-Should we trust it with the Support Issues?
Personally I'm not confident enough to go for a higher plan based on some of the reviews and the major backlog of questions, issues etc... but I've followed Alex on YouTube a while now and believe maybe there have just been some technical issues and Alex and the team are working super hard to catch up. It's a new SaaS so hoping on this!
