I have been trying for months to get access to my account with Omni US, but it's been a complete nightmare. I am locked out and cannot reach anyone in customer support. Every time I try to get help, I am met with silence.
It feels like the company is dead everywhere. Their support channels are essentially nonexistent, and I've been stuck with no solution to my issue. Completely frustrating and unacceptable. If you’re considering using this service, I would highly advise against it. I’m honestly at my wit’s end.

It would be helpful if buyers were informed when a deal is no longer supported. This would show that you prioritize the best interests of your Sumolings.
In the beginning I was using this to warm up my email addresses even though it wasn't as good as the one from GoZen that I recently purchased additionally. Now after a while I wanted to re-login the completely shut down the website and the support section so no way to contact them or use the product. Worst behaviour of these people. Be careful out there lifetime doesn't mean lifetime anymore it can nowadays happen very often that they just close down the site and you're screwed or change the deal after.
