Cannot get a hold of support, locked out of account, dead everywhere
I have been trying for months to get access to my account with Omni US, but it's been a complete nightmare. I am locked out and cannot reach anyone in customer support. Every time I try to get help, I am met with silence.
It feels like the company is dead everywhere. Their support channels are essentially nonexistent, and I've been stuck with no solution to my issue. Completely frustrating and unacceptable. If you’re considering using this service, I would highly advise against it. I’m honestly at my wit’s end.

Attention Appsumo:
It would be helpful if buyers were informed when a deal is no longer supported. This would show that you prioritize the best interests of your Sumolings.
In the beginning I was using this to warm up my email addresses even though it wasn't as good as the one from GoZen that I recently purchased additionally. Now after a while I wanted to re-login the completely shut down the website and the support section so no way to contact them or use the product. Worst behaviour of these people. Be careful out there lifetime doesn't mean lifetime anymore it can nowadays happen very often that they just close down the site and you're screwed or change the deal after.

First, I struggled to connect it via SMTP, and it consistently failed to send emails back and forth. Despite my best efforts, I couldn't get it to work until I reached out to your support team (which btw never replies to your querry). Soon I realised that the back and forth emails started, this initial hiccup was quite frustrating.
Now, I am facing another problem. When I try to access the app at app.omni.us, the page does not load at all. It seems like the service has been discontinued or the server is down, which renders the app completely unusable for me.
Given these persistent issues and the fact that I have not been able to use the app as intended, I kindly request a refund for my purchase. I believe this was a significant mistake, and I would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter.
