Cannot get a hold of support, locked out of account, dead everywhere
I have been trying for months to get access to my account with Omni US, but it's been a complete nightmare. I am locked out and cannot reach anyone in customer support. Every time I try to get help, I am met with silence.
It feels like the company is dead everywhere. Their support channels are essentially nonexistent, and I've been stuck with no solution to my issue. Completely frustrating and unacceptable. If you’re considering using this service, I would highly advise against it. I’m honestly at my wit’s end.
