Frustrating Experience
Hey Alex, I wanted to share my experience with Omni.us.
I initially purchased their deal on July 24th, but I encountered numerous hiccups along the way. First off, linking my account wasn't a smooth process. I even had to call the developer team to find a solution, which took a whole week.
Once I got past that first hurdle, I faced issues with Omniwarm. Initially, the email warming-up process wasn't visible on the dashboard. After they fixed this, the Omniwarm messages started flooding my inbox without any filtering or removal, making it impossible to track important emails. And here we are today, with no resolution in sight. It's also a bit unsettling that you receive bounce emails even if you're only using their warm-up service.
When I began my first campaign, the test email for launching it never came through. As I continued, I noticed that emails were not being tracked, only sent emails. There's been no progress on this front either, with no information about replies or bounces.
To top it all off, a person who responded to one email, stating that they didn't need our services, received the next email in the sequence, even though the flow was supposed to stop if someone replied.
As of September 5th, I'm still chasing your support team to fix these issues, but I haven't had any luck so far.
