For my case use this product/service fits nicely.
I really need the email sequencing and the email warm up.

INTERFACE
Easy to use and navigate interface. Especially appreciate the ease of use in creating lists, bulk importing via csv, and adding list to a campaign.

SEQUENCE SETUP
Very impressed again with the ease of use for the sequence setup. The built in hold your hands and mostly do it for you tools make it very user friendly and easy to get a good sequence framework in place quickly.

EMAIL FORMATTING
You have to dig a bit if you want options to add images, links etc but it's all there if you need various versions of emails.

WARM UP
This is my reason for removing one taco. Although they have the option for adding an SMTP it's not working for my specific setup which may be unique from others. My mail provider is Titan via Hostinger because I host everything with Hostinger. This is likely the 1st time support is seeing a request to get Titan email addresses added instead of GSuite or M365. Support has been good time wise with their replies but at the end of the day if SMTP services outside of GSuite, Office and Zoho may have difficulties then that could be a problem.

CONCLUSION
Although I'm currently struggling with getting my emails added correctly I'm impressed enough with the interface and the functionality that it's well worth keeping. They have set very nice price points for the capabilities and if they have continued growth they could become a larger player in the field. My hopes are that I can get my emails added and bump up my Tier with confidence that I can use the service as needed.
