There was an error connecting zoho mail initially - Support responded in 24 hours regarding email setup
Improvements needed: - Ability to Limit the number of emails that we can send per day using a single email/campaign sending limit using a number input instead of manually configuring times to select[ it now offers to send email every 10/5/3 - minutes and so on .]
Delay in omniwarm graph: - warmup graphs are incorrect, and the number of emails being sent/received are much higher than it is being displayed.
I have just tested for new emails without any previous records/ip/domain issues [enabling only omniwarm and not sending any campaign emails] - still some omniwarm emails are landing in spam - your team said they will be automatically moved to inbox/primary.- Though I see an increase in spam delivery increasing gradually - the main reason for that I believe is listed below.
Major issue: - Find a way to remove blacklisted emails/blocking emails and ips from your existing warmup pool - I see some and that's the reason why omniwarm emails land in spam.
Increase the speed/time-frame to move incoming warm-up emails to [omniwarm label category] - currently, the time span lag is about a day - making it faster will help analyze campaign replies as there is a delay in Omnibox.
