This software is absolutely horrible in everyway possible. Support is a joke and they are pretending to act like they don't understand what I keep telling them. I will be making a very long video and releasing the recorded meeting I did with Shubam from there team.

Let me break it down:
1. Your email will be flooded with endless emails with some random code like this [XPL] and there is nothing you can do about it. Hundreds and hundreds. Supports response was:
"They should be automatically moved to a separate folder, but they might take a few hours. You dont have to manually open them all. If you look at the end of the subject, they all have groups of 3 letters at the end.
example: "Call with someone from company! [XYZ]"
You can select all those emails ending with [ABC] and move them at the same time in just a few clicks."

Really in a few hours 60 days later? I can just move them? They keep emailing endless BS and excuses. weeks apart.

2. They are suppose to be filtered but they are not but what is being filtered is many other emails from clients and other software.

3. I set this up for 12 clients and the clients begged me to stop and remove it. It is horrible and embarrassing to have to deal with.

4. There is endless scammers using the app to warm up their scam emails. PayPal Inc, PayPal Accounts, PayPal, Xoom, Xoom Collections, and on and on. They asked me to show them and I did. The long list and support responded " don't worry you can ignore those" are you freaking kidding me? I can ignore scammers emails that we are helping warm up so they can dupe people out of their money? Oh I saved everyone of their responses and its crazy bad.

5. A large amount of emails are bouncing during the warming process on top of it.

6. in 60 days i have received 5,780 emails with the [***] and that is what I sorted manually there is so many still not sorted. I promise when I say this; IT IS A NIGHTMARE TO DEAL WITH

7. I find it ironic how for the most part lost of positive reviews from people who have bought few deals and people who bought a ton not so much. I wonder why.

I am stuck with this horrible product because I trusted that support would handle it but they only waited and waited and now AppSumo wont refund it. I will enjoy showing the world how bad this app is, how pathetic support is and how much BS they put their customers through. My name is on the review search me, you will find me and I will show you it all. We cant allow these companies to continue to do this.
