Q: Hello, few questions to clarify: 1.
Can I upload audio/video for transcription as well or does it only work on live recordings?
2. Can I export the transcription without the timestamps if I wanted to repurpose the content for something like a blog?
3. How well does the language translation work? Does it translate like a native speaker or like grade school me learning the alphabet in Spanish?

on your questions:
1. there is no file upload functionality; but if you have an audio/video file, you can play it on your PC with any application you prefer, and using One Transcriber to get the transcription of the audio played by your file.
2. Can I export the transcription without the timestamps if I wanted to repurpose the content for something like a blog?
2. The export just extracts everything has been tracked so including the timestamps. However you can modify/edit as you want. E.g. after you exported the content you may quickly find/replace function in Word with some regexp. I understand it's a workaround, but we can put this feature ("no-timestamp-export") in the backlog and prioritize for the next release.
3. The translation is not included: the software provides real-time transcriptions in the selected language, that has to be the same spoken in the audio. The accuracy transcription, also for Spanish, is very high; there could be only errors when not-well-known Acronyms are used, or in case of dialects.
Oh and #4 - how are minutes calculated? If I have 10 minutes of audio and transcribe/translate it into 2 languages would that be 10 or 20 minutes?
The minutes are calculated based on the time spent by the software in transcribing the audio. That is, if you play the same audio file multiple times, it will count all the minutes regardless.
However, as specified, bear in mind that translation is not provided.
Thanks for the very good questions!
