Q: Hi there, I just signed up to test out your software before making the AppSumo purchase.

I played a video which has speech and can hear it playing from the speakers. When I start the transciption button, nothing is typed out. After refreshing the data button, I see that it used 1:36 minutes.

There is only one audio speaker option in the drop-down menu.

How do I resolve this issue?

A: Hi Mahesh,
probably there's some configuration or setting in your Output Audio device that prevents One Transcriber from properly capturing the audio chunks.
I would suggest to check the device configuration, e.g. running any Troubleshooting advice prompted by Windows in Sound Device settings, and possibly trying to re-install again or update the drivers of the Output device.
