Frustrating App Experience

I tried to use the app, but it keeps giving me an error message, even when I try to upload a video or photo—it doesn’t work. When I attempt to update my password, I receive the code and enter a new password, but it won’t let me submit it. Nothing happens. I will wait to see if they fix it; otherwise, I will request a refund. It’s a shame because it looks easy to use.
