Got top tier and finally got a chance to use it but the founder is nowhere to be found, emailed a few times with no response. Cant even login or reset password or anything at all. Makes me angry when I am getting Appsumo deals and the product just disappears - this is the 4th product with me loosing well over 1k of just dead products.
We bought top tier. From day one there were issues, even though we reached out to DAN REEVES, the founder and developer ( remember that name, he'll be back with another platform at some time, so you can steer clear, these types of developers never change). We never actually got a single campaign out. We just paid our money to Appsumo (Top tier x2) got nothing from the developer beyond false promises and eventually, nothing. The app site is now dead. Add that to Dezygn, Sessions and that AI voice one that we lost on in 2024, we're down over $1K. Not a great track record.
I would like to say that although I wasn't actually able to complete my campaign or process my videos for black Friday. I have talked with the founder and he has reassured me of their vision to fix up the platform.
The underlying technology and concept is good. However right now they are fresh out of the gates of development so i would only go with this product if you are willing to wait on improvements in the future. If you are this software shows lots of promise! i If further bug fixing and testing happen at the current rapid pace and they are looking at the competitors features for b2b outreach such as reachout.ai or bhuman. Then this software should be a great alternative to others in around 5-6 months. And the current price is very competitive if your willing to wait for this. Just be prepared to help them out with a little beta testing for a month or two!
