Got top tier and finally got a chance to use it but the founder is nowhere to be found, emailed a few times with no response. Cant even login or reset password or anything at all. Makes me angry when I am getting Appsumo deals and the product just disappears - this is the 4th product with me loosing well over 1k of just dead products.
