Q: CRM with email tracking
Hi, I am looking for a CRM that can replace vtiger for us. An important feature is, that we can view our inbox (via IMAP) and that emails are attached to a customer, so we can see the email history with a customer. It would be great, if this would be possible with onedeck!

• Track and log emails automatically to customer records.
• Create automations to attach emails or notes to specific contacts.
• Maintain a clear communication history directly inside OneDeck.

Hi! We don’t have a public roadmap yet, but here’s a quick overview of what’s coming:
• Client Portal – Estimated in 4–5 weeks.
• Webhooks as Triggers – Coming soon.
• AI Assistant – Planned for Q3–Q4 2025.
• App Marketplace – Planned for Q4 2025.
Please note these are just estimates, but we’re actively working to deliver them as soon as possible!
Thanks, that helps. So native Email inbox integration is not planned for this year?! For me, it is not clear haw I can see my emails in onedeck related to a customer, even with make. Use case: I look in my mailbox (inside onedeck) open an email (the contact opens in onedeck, with the email), I reply (email, is shown in the email history of this customer).
That’s correct — native email inbox integration isn’t planned for the next two quarters, but we’re aware of the demand and will prioritize it as soon as possible.
