This is my second attempt at using a CRM. My first attempt was a disaster as I felt like I had to get a degree in CRM in order to even set it up. I was delightfully surprised when I accessed OneHash to discover both the wide array of features and ease of use. I would highly recommend OneHash to any small t medium-sized company. May I also add that their customer service is one of the best I've ever had the pleasure of working with.
