I have been working in the CRM space for well over 30 years and in fact have sold, developed and licensed CRM to some major companies. Even found myself doing software selections in the CRM space for many customers. Well today, we are officially users of OneHash CRM and we love it.

As noted by my title, this is pound for pound the most feature rich solution I have ever found on AppSumo for the price. If you need and want a tool that gives you features, flexibility, integrations and so much more this is one great purchase.

We found the video training very comprehensive, the online chat support and even an initial demo very solid.

There are two things you need to know before you buy based on this review.
1. The product & platform is feature rich, which it makes the number of ways to configure and set up a bit overwhelming if you are not an advance user of solutions like this.
2. The user interface is not graphical or sexy as you might see in terms of other CRM competitors. That's a choice of features vs pretty UI.

All in all this purchase at any Tier will save you 10x or more in terms of time and efficiency. 5 Taco's for sure if you need a CRM this one's for you can live within the parameters I shared. Thanks so much to the founders of OneHash CRM and I look forward to future enhancements and other products.
