I bought Onehash CRM 3 license tiers and redeemed timely. Yesterday my OneHash account was permanently deleted by OneHash because of one month of inactivity.
But it is not written anywhere in Appsumo that the account will be deleted if inactive for one month. This is a clear deception of the customer.
