Q: Which plans are the tiers linked to?

This is very important...the deal tiers need to be linked to a plan even when it has custom limits. I.e. to me it seems like T5 would be Pro or Enterprise plan.

A: We had to create custom pricing plans for Sumolings because of the whole dynamic of Lifetime Deals, so these prices do not translate 1-1 to the pricing on our website. When it comes to the limits, T5 is pretty much enterprise but it doesn't have the full feature set. For example, we won't be able to do on-prem deployments as well as remove our custom branding for embeddable UI. Hope this helps more. Please reply if you have any further questions.

New features that feel essential to product functionality often end up locked in higher tiers, leaving buyers feeling limited in value. It's first thing I look for in a deal to ensure it’s a sound investment. By mapping the tiers more directly to your regular plans, even with some feature restrictions, it would create a greater sense of security and increase the attractiveness of the offer.

Yup. We have seen that many time before.

Would it be possible to make adjustments that more closely align each tier to a full plan structure, even if certain premium features are reserved? I really believe this would help your campaign gain more traction and resonate well with potential customers. Thanks for considering!
