Hi, congratulations on the software! I wanted to know if there are systems to automate the entry of new leads, in addition to the Chrome extension and APIs. Specifically, can we create forms to put on the website or use systems like webhooks or Zapier?
As for existing leads in the CRM, do you plan to automatically track conversations with customers in the future through email forwarding?

Oct 3, 2024A: Yes, you can automate lead entry using Pabbly Connect. More integrations with automation tools like Zapier and Make are on the way.
Using Pabbly, you can automate lead entry from Google Ads, Facebook Ads, web forms (like Typeform, Fluent Forms, etc.), email providers, and many more.
Regarding tracking conversations, we haven't planned that yet. If you have a preferred method, please let us know through our contact page or add it to our public roadmap, and we’ll review it.
