Q: Can we add custom fields inside the document like text field for firstname, lastname, etc
Hi Reza, can we add custom fields inside the document, like text fields for first name, last name, etc.? Also, can we personalize the message sent with the documents? What do you mean by revamping the document module? Can we create forms? If so, can we use the information sent from the user forms to fill up the documents? Thank you!

Thanks for asking those questions. We are going to improve and may be update the whole document module to increase the usability and comply with the legal bindings of e-signature.
We will add the option to add custom field in the document. While sending it to client, we will add option to edit the email body text.
We will introduce forms to get leads and onboard clients. And when you will create a document, you will have option to select the client which will ultimately enable you to get all the necessary information of the client.
