Good Potential but Feels Like a Demo
OneSuite is overall a good product, but it still feels very much like a demo. There are many basic features missing, such as a simple way to change the status of a project. Once a customer is added, there is no option to edit or add a business email afterward, which is a major limitation. You also can't include your own logo on invoices, and the documents you can create are honestly not great. I would rather just do it in WordPad—it’s better.
Customer service is decent when they respond, but being a small company, they don't always reply quickly. There’s also not a lot of customization options, which is a big downside.

Oct 15, 2024Hi Jason,
Thanks for your feedback.
I appreciate your time to check out OneSuite.
Yes, you are right.
There are improvements which our team is taking feedback and improving it.
Soon, we will revamp the document module and I belive it will be lot better.
Other things we will improve hopefully next week that you mentioned here.
We are using OneSuite to manage our offshore software development team called Technext. We are also managing our email marketing SaaS MailBluster with it. So, you can count on us that we will keep improving OneSuite so that it can be the go to tool for the small digital agencies.
From your feedback, we are adding those in our feature request -
1. Add project status update feature:
Implement an easy way to change the status of a project.
2. Enable customer profile editing:
Add functionality to edit or add a business email after a customer is created.
3. Allow custom logos on invoices:
Implement an option for users to upload and use their own logo on invoices.
4. Improve document creation:
Enhance the quality and functionality of document creation within the platform.
5. Increase customization options:
Add more customization features across the platform, especially for user preferences.
We will release those as soon as possible may be except the number 5 which will take bit longer.
Thanks a lot!
Best,
Reza
