Currently we use trello for project management. On this platform there is automation ability, such as ticket migration when a project is completed and can move to the next "to-do" card. The prompt for migration can be caused by an external trigger, such as an email sent, a google form completed, or even by internally creating and ticking off a checklist displayed on each ticket. I noticed none of these featured are available on Onetab AI. Realising there remains work to be done, are automation features planned, as it would otherwise not perform near capacity as a project management tool.
