Q: Hi there, promising app.
However it seems the way your app is structured makes it difficult for management of a large number of kanban boards or projects.
My best suggestion is allow 2 features:
-Allow some channels to be constant across all workspaces (always shown in every chat / workspace)
-Allow creation of multiple kanban boards (and preferably folders) per each workspace
Currently, it seems there are 2 ways to use the tool for this:
Create a large number of workspaces (1 for each project or client) meaning 100 workspaces, the biggest problem is the chat is separated. Still, it might be too difficult to manage 100 workspaces without organising the workspaces somehow.
OR
Use just 1 workspace, or 1 workspace for each overall team. Use only 1 kanban in a single workspace and then use tags or tasks to separate projects or clients. Then you can always access the same chat as your teammates. However with large workload it can become confusing and difficult to differentiate tasks this way.
Thanks

Your observation is very insightful. We are currently managing multiple Kanban boards, and while it is possible to create multiple boards, they cannot yet be housed within the same workspace. We will work on this. Thanks
Thanks Vaibhav, I appreciate the fast and receptive response. I've tried a lot of project management tools for management of dev work and the main hurdle has been that we really need to rely on chat for instant communication, so it had to be something with really accessible chat but more depth. I think this is very promising. Related: would really like a standard ChatGPT-like function in chat too!
