Q: Why did you choose SAML as the feature reserved for the larger teams.
There were quite a few options to choose from .. this is a feature that is useful to small teams. You had other features that are more suited to large teams to hold back. I have a small team, but would have met half way for enhanced features. But not all the way to Tier 3. Can you please explain why you chose SAML.

However, we understand that smaller teams also find value in this feature, we have now rectified this and made SAML available across all three tiers.
