I've purchases a 3 Tier License and I set the service aside for about a year without using it. Then, one year later I found that the app displayed an error to me related to unpaid invoice.

When I tried to get help the OneUptime company was extremely slow on responses, and finally they never reverted my access to what I had purchase on AppSumo.

First they provided me with a new discount coupon on a product that wasn't equal to what I purchased on AppSumo and then me, by mistake I deleted my workspace. Then to create a new one I had to follow again the purchase process by using a discount coupon. To proceed with this I've asked for a new code and they provide me with one that never worked. From that point I've send multiple requests for a new code and they never send new code!!!

It's a shame ! Because of their internal problems (the displayed the error with the unpaid invoice) I wasn't able to access the purchased service and then they refused to support properly !!!

This is the best uptime monitoring software I've found!! I've refunded every single one on AppSumo except this beast. I'm so glad I bought it and tried it out. This app is so robust, powerful and customizable - it's perfect!

Today, if you run any kind of SaaS agency, you are connected to multiple APIs and other apps. It is poor form if a client calls you, and that is the first indication there is a problem. This app was easy to install and my clients can quickly see the status of their application. Highly recommended.

Oneuptime is pretty impressive – it packs a ton of value, even in the first tier! 🌟 Had a bit of a head-scratcher moment getting started, but once you get the hang of it, it's a goldmine of customization and awesome tools.

Very surprised not more people is taking up on this deal considering what they plan to be /have on their road map.

Great, does what it does well. Bought it for the futures updates. I trust in the team following through.
