Hi there, I sell a monthly subscription plan for guitar tabs. Can I set up different level access for my students? For example: So those who just joined this month, they can only access materials for this month and not the previous months. And they can download all materials, but if they cancel, they will lose access to the membership site, and when they come back, they will start with the access of the month that they re-join. Can you advise if that's possible? Thanks!

The courses are per code. So if you activate two codes on one website, you will have 6 courses on one website. If you activate two codes on two different websites, you will have 3 courses per website.

Your course can have as many lessons as you can add - no limit in that regard.
And in your AppSumo deal, you can create fixed, random, and automatically graded assessments. However, manually graded assessments are only available under the subscription-based UNLIMITED plan.
Q: I am a digital only brand. Is there a limit to the number of digital downloads/digital products we can have?
These are not courses but standalone digital products for sale.

To sell digital products on the platform, they have to be sold as standalone products or as parts of a product. Regardless of the option, you will be using one course/product access, so the number of digital products depends on the number of codes you purchase.
1 code - 3 digital products. 2 codes - 6 digital downloads, etc.
Okay. That’s helpful. So, if we sell anything other than just courses, this will not work. I have digital product files and templates. They are NOT courses, but it sounds like you are counting everything like a course regardless of what it is. Glad I didn’t buy this!
Q: How can we white label this platform and prevent your site from showing on the login URL?
I see that when people login to our custom domain they are redirected to a URL showing OCH domain and once they login the top menu called settings include a submenu called "Create an online course" which opens your main OCH home page domain. Is there a way to truly white label this platform and not show the "Create an online course" submenu or a link to your domain on the home page menu/settings,...

However, the login URL cannot be changed, as the login page of each course creator's website uses the same login page as our main website.
