Can I set up different level access for my students? For example:
So those who just joined this month, they can only access materials for this month and not the previous months.
And they can download all materials, but if they cancel, they will lose access to the membership site, and when they come back, they will start with the access of the month that they re-join.

No, that is not possible. The subscription comes in three plans: monthly, yearly, and lifetime.
Students who purchase any of the subscriptions will have access to every course on the platform (old and new content). The only thing you can do is exclude some courses from subscriptions.
