I am asking if we can embed a video from an external url from a Digital Ocean S3 bucket. Is it possible?

just a url is not possible, it needs to be an HTML embed. YouTube and Vimeo are natively supported by dropping just the video link, while any other platform like bunny.net etc. you can drop the code for their embed.
