Is there any lifetime deal for the unlimited plan? Or if that is an upgrade, how does it work and how much does it cost after buying 1-2-3 codes?

No, there is no lifetime deal for the UNLIMITED plan; it only comes in monthly and yearly subscriptions.
However, there is an upgrade discount of 40% on it whenever you want to upgrade from the lifetime deal to it, regardless of the number of codes you have.
This discount will then be active for as long as your subscription is active.
