egerenteQ: Upgrade, roles and integrations
1. If I have an Appsumo plan and then upgrade to a subscription plan:
a. Will my data, course settings, and other information remain with the upgrade?
b. How many domains are included in the subscription plan? On the website, it appears to be only one domain and one course website.
2. If I upgrade to the subscription plan and decide to stop, would I lose my LTD account?
3. Does the Appsumo plan include the Dedicated Account Manager role?
4. Is integration with n8n, Active Pieces, and Flowise included in the roadmap?

Oct 20, 2025A: Thank you for reaching out and sharing your queries. Please find the answers below:
a) Upgrading to a subscription will not affect your existing courses, content, or settings. Everything in your account will remain intact.
b) There’s no limit to adding multiple custom domains to your account. You can also register another academy under the same account once the registration process is completed. Please check this URL for more details: https://help.onlinecoursehost.com/article/146-how-to-add-multiple-custom-domains
c) When you upgrade from an AppSumo plan to a subscription model, your account will be shifted accordingly. However, if you cancel or stop the subscription, you will no longer have access to your course website.
d) The AppSumo deal does not include a dedicated Account Manager. However, our support team is always available and responds promptly to client queries.
e) Regarding n8n and ActivePieces integrations — these are not currently supported.

Thanks for your answers. I purchased a code to run tests and better understand the environment. They've given me a lot of guidance. More questions arise.
1. Something's not clear to me: if I switch to subscription mode and want to create multiple domains, I can do so. But do I have to pay a subscription fee for each new domain or subdomain I want to add?
Yes, that’s correct. Each new domain or subdomain created for another academy requires its own subscription, as it is treated as a separate academy under the same account.
The discount you see will continue to apply each year upon renewal, it’s not limited to the first year only.

2. I notice that when I try to upgrade to subscription mode, it offers a discount for LTD subscriptions. My question is: Is this discount only for the first year and then I'll switch to the full price, or is it an LTD discount?
