Great Course Platform
As a first time course creator I just needed a place for videos and some documents. I got a lot more. They have released the community which is an awesome new feature. I have been in contact with their customer support and they have been quick and very helpful with the custom domain setup which has been confusing for me. I have asked for some feature requests and they do respond to those requests. I purchased the 3 stack for 6 courses. Very pleased with the platform.

Became a big fan - invest 30 mins to learn
I have now fully switched from being a Thinkific customer for 7 years to online course host. After a short learning curve, I figured out how things work and I'm loving it. AI messes things up big time for me
I loved using onlinecourse, up until AI started to mess things up for me. I use the site for hosting my "access to zoom recordings" course home (I do my courses live and put the recordings here for client access). I put vimeo link and my cloud download link in the descriptions. Now a few months ago, AI started to convert published courses to drafts all of a sudden. The reason: the outside links. I have to delete the links, republish and then put the links back into description. Several months later same things happen in another course. The helpdesk is not a help at all on this matter. They cannot resolve this, and everytime it happens I get really angry as I already asked helpdesk to change things so that this does not happen again. If you will share outside links heavily in your course, you will face this mess. Just a warning. Other than that I had no problem with them but this just drives me nuts.
