I am also curious how to get branding or, at the very least, our logo somewhere on the emails. This is unusable without that very basic feature as it needs to look like it comes from my business and it just seems unprofessional without our identity. Our customers are used to receiving emails from us and may miss or overlook the most important emails such as their contract to sign. I did not realize this wouldn't be included when I purchased and was originally hoping to switch to this from Eversign. Honestly, I really can't complain about Eversign when they let us use our logo, colors, branding in our portal, branding on emails, plus all the same features this deal offers for only $9.99 per month. I guess if it isn't broke, don't fix it. :) Thanks and best of luck to you guys! It really seems great other than that which is a necessity for any business.

this seems like basic functions that should come with the main platform. so from your response it seems like your selling a LTD that a business can't use without also subscribing making the LTD pointless no?
