Q: Can you please clarify how tier 4's 20 users + unlimited domains with white labeling work?
I am a one-man mini marketing agency. I want to build popups for clients but ensure they have access in case anything happens to me. I am unclear whether tier 4's unlimited domains with white labeling will serve the needs of, say, 25 to 50 clients, especially with the limit of 20 users. What constitutes a user in the context of unlimited domains? Thank you!

Users are the people you personally invite into your main workspace and share your plan limits. The 20-user cap applies only to this internal workspace.
White labeling, however, is different.
With white labeling enabled, anyone can sign up directly on your custom domain (e.g., pops.youragency.com) and use the platform as a normal user, they don’t count toward your 20 invited users. They get their own isolated workspace under your branded domain.
This means:
- You can host unlimited clients under your white-label domain.
- They can log in themselves, manage their own widgets, and have full access even if something happens to you.
- The “20-user limit” only applies to your internal team, not to your white-label signups.
So yes, Tier 4 will comfortably support 25, 50, or even more clients via white-label, with no limit on their domains.
