Is there a way to have specific pop up versions on Wordpress that will only show certain versions for specific categories that the post are assigned to? For example, category: dog walking | pop up: dog walking ebook, etc

If each of your categories (like "dog walking") has its own unique URL or webpage, you can set page targeting rules for each popup to match that specific page. This way, each popup will only appear for posts in its assigned category.
But can this just be done on the category level? If I have 1k posts already I don't want to have to paste the URL's to each post into the app to display. Much easier to assign it to a category that all 1k posts are contained in.
