Needs simple email notifications
In order to get notified of completed forms you either need to set up webhooks or integrate it with tools you don't want to use.
I wish it just had a section for which emails to notify when a form is complete. Just simple and direct. It seems so obvious to me-- perhaps there's a deeper reason it wasn't included that I'm just not seeing, but as it is, it's more hassle to work with than without.
I deployed it on a test page only to find I missed a lead by two weeks-- BOOOOOOOO!
To be charitable, the templates are nice. I tested the frequency of repeat page visits, and it works well. I just have no idea why there isn't a simpler way to alert admins of forms.

You’re right: simple email notifications on form submission should be easier. We focused heavily on integrations and webhooks, which are powerful but clearly overkill when you just want a basic alert.
There’s no big hidden reason this isn’t built-in yet — it’s a prioritization gap, and feedback like yours helps us fix that. We’re now evaluating a native setting to send email notifications directly when a form is completed.
