Oode is license based, so your account is tied to your AppSumo profile mail or the one you chose to use during activation.

There is, however, a possibility to transfer ownership of your account inside Oode under "Account Preference". You can only transfer the account to an invited team member.

I'm unsure if that also changes the account owner e-mail. A team member needs to verify this process since I - for obvious reasons - have not tried it.
