Can AI create quizzes as well? And is it possible to increase the number of questions from 10 to 20 or 30?

Yes you can select a quiz option when creating the eLearning. The quiz the AI creates is decided by the AI - reflective of course length.
You can add any number of questions after generation using the editor.
