In tiers 2 and 3 you can sell your courses, in tier 1 you can only distribute them within your own company (i.e. for internal training use).

I think you can resell it only in tier 3. As mentioned in the packages
Sems like its onlie tier 3? But if its also tier 2 its great.
Yes - apologies - only on Tier 3. T&Cs are slightly different if purchased monthly off our website.
All three plan description state, "Company-wide distribution only."
It should not be on Tier 3 - the condition "No limits on course distribution and resell" supersedes it. We have asked App Sumo to amend.
