Q: Change in Available Voice Options on Lifetime Deal
Hello,
I purchased OpenELMS through AppSumo as a lifetime deal and have been using the voiceover functionality.
I have noticed that my account now only has access to a single male voice, whereas previously there were multiple voice options available. I have not received any notification explaining this change.
Could you please clarify:
• whether this reduction in available voices is intentional,
• whether it applies to lifetime deal users specifically,
• and whether this is a permanent limitation or a temporary issue.
Since this represents a change in functionality compared to what was available earlier, I would appreciate a clear explanation of the current policy for LTD users.
