Q: Issue with Tier 3
Hi there, I purchased the Tier 3 today (this was three individual codes). I obviously am only one person, so I do not need to utilise the three licences. I do, however, require the functionality of the Tier 3, which I purchased. Do I have to redeem all three? I can't do this to the same email (I tried). So how am I meant to get the Tier three functions? Thanks
