Hi there, I need clarification on several features. When logging in via AppSumo, I’m told to sign in as an administrator—does AppSumo provide a separate admin login? I also don’t see the options shown in your walkthroughs; are there two systems (main LMS vs AppSumo version), and do they overlap or require separate registration?
How do I white-label games, PPTs, and other resources? Also, most narrator voices are greyed out—are they limited for AppSumo users?
Lastly, how do I generate a roadmap per lesson, and is the chatbot feature included?
I did purchase level 3.

Sounds like you have logged into the LMS rather than the Open eLMS Learning Generator - log in at https://openelms.ai/login to the Learning Generator.
The LMS is a separate system but can be integrated with your Learning Generator account - see https://openelms.com/products/open-elms-lxp/ for LMS details
PPTs can be white labeled after export - only eLearning can be branded within the Learning Generator. Yes Narrator voices are limited in the lifetime offer.
Not sure about generating a roadmap - that's not a feature of the software. Features included are listed in the AppSumo listing. Some newer features have a large cost per use and are only available on monthly subscriptions I am afraid.

I am a little concerned then. Because I am in the us market and keep getting British Avatars and British voices. Since they are limited. How do I get American in both.
Also, I bought level 3. Please advise.
